With Free & Easy's September issue featuring a couple of Dave Welsh's Apolis items, we continue to be thankful for our friendship with the magazine’s California photographer, Masa Inoue. Mutual friends introduced us to Masa in April 2009, and ever since our first interaction with him, we have been fortunate to routinely cross paths on a weekly basis.
Masa was born in Yokohama, Japan in 1968, and visited the US for the first time 22 years ago. When he is not travelling on assignment, Masa spends his days here in Los Angeles, searching the city for anomalies and places or people of interest. When he is not working, he can be found relaxing with his friends and family. However, Masa’s light-hearted attitude has not dulled his passion and drive for photography, but rather has led to his success in the field.
On any given day of the week, Masa breaks the silence that sometimes settles in our office, either to re-stock the refrigerator with his favorite beverages or to ask us to help him locate a key piece for a new F&E story. Whatever the interactions may consist of, we are grateful for Masa’s (as well as Free & Easy’s) support of our brand (View: Apolis Office, F&E Feature).
