Orders will be shipped within two business days of receipt. Currently, we do not ship on weekends and federal holidays. Please note that available shipping services do not include Saturday delivery. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.
Tracking Your Shipment:
Upon shipment, customers receive an email containing tracking information.
Please also note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.
Methods of Payment:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Apolis cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, or PayPal at this time. An 8.75% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of California. We are proud to partner with Swipe for Humanity, a service that is re-imagining the credit card industry to do good.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
To reserve back-ordered or pre-ordered items, Apolis requires payment in full. We think of it like buying concert tickets - buy now with a specific date in mind. Apolis is committed to working with international and local small business. Consequently, our fulfillment dates for back and pre-ordered items occasionally change. Customers will be informed of any changes to the delivery timeline. Please note that orders containing both pre-order and immediately-available items will ship once pre-order items are available. If you would like immediately-available items to ship at the time of your order, please place a separate order for these pieces.
Limit of one (1) product discount code or one (1) shipping discount code per order. Gift vouchers can be redeemed on any order, at any time. Discount codes will not be honored past advertised expiration date and can not be applied retroactively. Discount codes may not be used towards the purchase of gift vouchers.
CHRISTMAS: Don't let the rush of the holiday season keep you from giving the perfect gift. We will be servicing expedited shipments until 8am PST on December 20th. You may also purchase Apolis items by visiting us at our Common Gallery in Los Angeles or any of our retail partners in a neighborhood near you. Please note that the Apolis office and Common Gallery will be closed December 24-26 and December 31-January 2. Any orders received after 8am PST December 24th will not be shipped until December 26th. Any orders received after 8am PST on December 30th will not be shipped until January 2nd.
For guaranteed Christmas delivery the shipment schedule for USA orders is as follows:
- For ground shipping, order by 8am PST December 13th.
- For Overnight Shipping, order by 8am PST Dec 20th.
