Shipping

Under normal conditions, orders of available stock is shipped within 2 business days of placement. Currently, we do not ship on weekends and federal holidays but for regular ground shipping we will send your order the following business day. If you have requested 2 Day Air or Overnight service, we must receive your order no later than 1pm to be shipped the same day. Please note that packages will not be delivered over the weekend. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.  All orders over $300 receive Apolis signature premium packaging.

Holiday Schedule

Don't let the rush of the holiday season keep you from giving the perfect gift. For all you procrastinators that need more time to choose the perfect items, we will be servicing expedited shipments until 10am PST on Thursday, December 22nd, or feel free to come visit us in Los Angeles at Apolis: Common Gallery or any of our local retail partners in a neighborhood near you.

Please note that we will be closed on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and January 2, 2012.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

For back ordered or pre-ordered items, payment in full is required to secure your item, much like a concert ticket and funds are transferred in full as soon as your transaction is processed. We will send you an email confirming your order after the transaction has processed, along with an estimated delivery time for your order. We are committed to working with international and local small business which mean that our fulfillment dates for back and pre-ordered items occasionally change.  In the event that shipping dates change, we will do everything we can to keep you informed.

Gift Codes

One (1) discount code and one (1) free shipping code can be applied to each order. Gift vouchers can be redeemed on any orders, at any time.

Tracking Your Shipment:

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number. Express Airmail includes official USPS Tracking.

Methods of Payment:

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, or PayPal at this time. As required by law, sales tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of California.

Additional Information:

If your shipment is refused and returned to us unopened for any reason, your credit card will be refunded less shipping costs. Should you have an exchange that requires multiple shipments, the appropriate shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the order, unless you instruct us to use a different one.
