On December 2nd we were proud to welcome our first Visionaries Session event at Apolis: Common Gallery located in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. The goal of our Visionary Sessions is to invite Apolis Nomads to bring their inspiring talents and stories to our local community with a free hands-on workshop and Q&A session.

Our first gathering was hosted by cultural anthropologist turned designer, Philip Otto. Our host shared his experience of design projects with Nike, Anthropologie, Coca-Cola & Levis - and a 20min overview of the AIA credited design course he teaches at Princeton University. It was a memorable evening that finished with a stimulating discussion from over 50+ guests that attended. Special thanks to our friends from Handsome for helping with the hospitality.

The following photostory showcases highlights from the evening. We hope you will join us for our next speaking series event that we will be announcing in coming weeks. Contact our Service Manager, Hilmar Skagfield, for a personal invite once details for our next event are finalized.
